The first group shot is of the children in Yaropovichi. We met with these chilren every morning.
The second photo is of the group in Andrushivka we were with them each afternoon. Nineteen children from this group prayed to recieve Christ.
Lela was our beloved translator. She has a heart for Christ. She was careful to translat clearly so no one would miss the message of God's love for each of us.
Pastor Validmir and his wife, Luba, were so good to us. Luba cooked some awesome Ukrainian dishes. The pastor carried luggage, was our personal taxi and even took us shopping. Each blessed our hearts by their hospitality and care throughout the week.
Thank you Lord for showing us your Glory.

Pastor Vladimir Pyvovar expressed his gratitude to the four ladies from FBC, Marion, AR on Friday morning at the breakfast table. They had been four days on his mission field leading children's activities in the morning in Yaropovichi and in the afternoon and early evening in Andrushivka. He put his fist on the table and opened it, "Four ladies," indicating his fingers, "and a good translator," showing a thumb's up, "make a strong team and a good witness for Christ!" He closed his fist again as a symbol of the power of the Holy Spirit that had been evident during the week.
This was the first attempt at Christian ministry in the village of Yaropovichi. 20+ children and teenagers came everyday; and by the end of the camp, many of them expressed a true openness to the gospel. Everyone was invited to come back for services on Sunday. (We were there on this day.) At 3:00, 7 or 8 campers came but each brought some friends who had not been to camp! One mother was with her children. When we started to leave, the neighbor next door to the house church told the pastor that there had been a large group of children waiting outside the gate at 10:00 in the morning. (This is the time that they had come each day.)
An additional 20+ children came each afternoon in the town of Andrushivka. The work was started here several years ago. There is an ongoing Sunday school during the school year and the first camp was held 3 or 4 years ago.
Pray for the work here and that God will call out men to work with Pastor Vladimir.
